Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract (300-500 words) of their contribution to the Conference Secretariat by completing the appended form or through the CSM website or email to icsr10@csm.org.cn for an assessment by the Conference Technical Committee before February 28, 2010. The DOC or PDF format should be used only in the electronic documents. The abstract should reflect the content of the full manuscripts and clearly state the purpose, major results and significance of the proposed work.
